On Saturday, May 1st, the Boys Varsity Baseball Team traveled to play a doubleheader with North Ridgeville High School. In game one, the Bears had an early lead and held on to beat North Ridgeville 10 – 7.

The Bears tallied 12 hits in the game. Bryce Goloja and Vince Koprowski each had three hits in the game to lead the Bears. Goloja went 3-for-5 at the plate and Koprowski went 3-for-4 at the plate.

Brady Sasse started the game and pitched 4.1innings. Brady allowed 9 hits and 7 runs (4 earned), and 2 walks. Chris Domke relieved Brady and finished the fifth inning. Chris did not allow a run on 1 hit, 2 walks and 1 strikeouts. Gavin Jones finished the game. Gavin didn’t allow any hits or runs and 4 strikeouts.

The Boys Varsity Baseball Team record is now at 12 wins and 7 losses and a conference record of 6 wins and 4 loss. GO BEARS!!
