On Friday, February 7th, the Girls Varsity Gymnastics Team participated in the Surburban League Conference Championships. The Bears came in 3rd place in the Suburban League Conference Championship with a 140.95. Congratulations! Brecksville-Broadview Heights came in 1st (146.95), Hudson was 2nd (141.9), Highland was 4th (135.75), Stow-Munroe took 5th (134.2), Wadsworth was 6th (133.65), Twinsburg took 7th (124.9), Copley was 8th (123.3), and Cuyahoga Falls was 9th (121.3).

Senior Avery Keller took 4th on vault, 9th on beam, 3rd on floor and 6th all-around. In addition, Avery had her personal best beam score (9.1). She was also named 1st Team All-Conference!

Junior Hannah Haffner took 10th on bars, 4th on beam, and 8th all-around. She was also named 2nd Team All-Conference!

Sophomore Molly Benefiel placed 5th on beam and was named Suburban League Conference Honorable Mention.

Junior Emily Shuck also had her career best beam score!
